During my stay at Holiday Inn Express in Plymouth, the lack of housekeeping services was disappointing. I had to change my own bedding and vacuum the room myself. Despite this, the comfortable rooms and pleasant staff made the experience enjoyable. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient and handy, to various places, convenient to go everywhere. The staff were really helpful and courteous and gave us good recommendations. There were a safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in the room, GREATly enjoyed that.

Breakfast was a cut above with a perfect location. the helpful front desk agent made our cancellation stress-free. the shower head selection brought luxury to our room. Plus, the free wi-fi, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool were exceptional amenities to enjoy.
